More about our junior kickboxing classes

🟢 Core Techniques & Physical Foundations

Students will learn the essential tools of kickboxing, including basic punches (jab, cross, hook, uppercut), kicks (front, roundhouse, side), and footwork. Classes focus on correct form, coordination, and timing. Through pad work, shadow boxing, and fitness drills, children build strength, stamina, and agility in a fun, structured environment that promotes physical confidence and control.

🔵 Discipline, Focus & Personal Growth

Beyond techniques, kickboxing reinforces discipline and a growth mindset. Students develop mental focus, perseverance, and emotional regulation through repetition, challenge, and feedback. Respect for instructors, training partners, and the art itself is a core part of every session. Goal-setting, consistent effort, and personal responsibility are encouraged at every level of progression.

🟠 Progress Tracking, Safety & Respectful Sparring

As students progress, they may be introduced to light, controlled sparring and partner drills under close supervision. Safety gear is used, and the emphasis is always on control, respect, and learning — never aggression. Students are expected to show good attitude, follow instructions, and demonstrate sportsmanship. Grading assessments and optional competitions may be introduced as milestones of progress, confidence, and readiness.
