Programme Structure
🟢 Fundamentals & Foundations (White to Yellow Belt)

- First kata (Pinan Nidan) – designed to build coordination and focus.
- Partner drills promoting reaction time and gentle self-defence techniques.

🔵 Intermediate Level (Orange to Green Belt)
